Core Services
- General Management of Medical Conditions
Ongoing care and treatment for a wide range of medical issues, including both short-term illnesses and long-term conditions. - Health Promotion and Lifestyle Advice
Support and information to help you stay healthy and prevent illness through diet, exercise, and wellbeing guidance. - Emergency and Urgent Care
Assessment and treatment for urgent medical problems that can be managed safely within the practice. - Referrals to Other Services
Coordination of specialist or hospital care when additional expertise or investigation is needed. - Care for Temporary Residents
Medical care for visitors or temporary residents who require urgent treatment during their stay.
Additional Services
- Cervical Screening (Smear Tests)
Regular screening helps detect early changes that could lead to cervical cancer.- Women aged 25–49 are invited for screening every 3 years.
- Women aged 50–64 are invited every 5 years.
The test is quick, simple, and can prevent cancer from developing.

If you’re outside these age ranges but would like advice, please speak with the Practice Nurse or your GP. - Contraceptive Services
Confidential advice and a full range of contraception options, including pills, injections, implants, and IUCD (coil) fitting. - Vaccinations and Immunisations
Including:- Routine childhood immunisations
- Adult and travel vaccinations (where applicable)
- Seasonal vaccinations
- Child Health Surveillance
Regular health and development checks to ensure your child is growing and developing well. - Maternity Services
Ongoing care throughout pregnancy and after childbirth, provided in partnership with midwives and maternity teams.
Enhanced Services
- Anticoagulation Monitoring
Regular blood testing and monitoring for patients on anticoagulant medication (e.g. warfarin). - IUCD (Coil) Fitting and Removal
Fitting and removal of intrauterine devices, offering long-term contraception and specialist advice. - Near Patient Testing
On-site testing for certain conditions, allowing quick results and prompt adjustments to treatment. - Minor Surgery Procedures
Small surgical treatments performed at the practice, such as the removal of lumps, cysts, or moles. - Pneumococcal Vaccinations
Offered to eligible patients at higher risk of pneumococcal infection. - Influenza (Flu) Immunisations
Annual flu vaccinations to protect against seasonal influenza for eligible patients. - Cardiovascular Disease (CVD) Prevention Checks
Health checks to identify risk factors for heart disease, stroke, diabetes, or kidney disease. - Extended Hours Appointments
Appointments available outside normal surgery times for patients who need flexibility.
